  • How do I place an order?
    Simply place your items in the basket and proceed to check out where you will be given a choice of payment options including Paypal, credit and debit cards. Alternatively you can email us at info@empressparlour.com and one of our operators will take your order and payment.
  • How do I get complimentary (free) delivery?
    Simply choose 3 of your favourites products or accessories to get your order sent to you at no extra charge. United Kingdom Standard Delivery - FREE Delivery should normally take 3 - 5 working days. Express Delivery - from £4.50 1-2 working day delivery for orders placed before midday. A signature will be required for this delivery type. Our delivery couriers will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in their systems for a period of 14 days (UK) and 20 working days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection. Please note; www.empressparlour.com can only entertain claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    We always dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 1.30pm. Anything after that is usually dispatched the next working day.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We take the following major credit cards; Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Mistro, Solo and American Express. We also take Paypal payments.
